the perfect home base in Candler

We rented this property to celebrate my mother’s soon-to-be 80th birthday. Three generations were all content in Whispering Pines Haven! The decor is lovely, the space is comfortable and welcoming, and the beds, pillows, and bedding are top notch. The kitchen is well-appointed (maybe could use a few more wine glasses), and the view of the full supermoon from the porch was spectacular. The kids loved the game room! We were great proximity to water activities on the French Broad & the Biltmore, and were so busy we didn’t have time to enjoy the movie room or fire pit! Will absolutely stay again when travels take us to WNC and wholeheartedly recommend this property to renters! Thank you so much.

Great stay!

Our family stayed here for a few days in the middle of a long road trip. Everything about the house was perfect. It’s about 20 minutes to Asheville, but very private and secluded. The house had everything we needed, including a fabulously well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful mountain retreat

What a beautiful house. Had everything our family needed for our overnight stay. Our daughters loved the movie theater. I loved the rocking chairs on the outdoor deck over looking the mountains and valley.
