The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides. 1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers. 2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi. If you tried to add a second device a warning was given that one device, 1 ip address had already been used. So you couldn’t even withdraw one device in favour of another. The location was very good, some really good restaurants in walking distance. All in all a good stay.

The staff were good, courteous and willing to help. Facilities are good, with a nice pool, pool bar, restaurant & spa. However the building/s are showing their age, as was my room, which was on the 4th floor (55 steps) and without a lift.

This is a beautiful place to stay if you are visiting Candolim. Convenient location and friendly staff with quick service. Only drawback was all the buildings don't have elevators. Otherwise all well and they deserve a 5 star rating.

Pros: Good food Spacious room Helpful staff Cons: Room allocated on 3rd floor without lift. Access to room is hassle as unnecessary stairs added in the access path Candolim beach is far from the property about 15 mins. walking distance whereas property advertise is misleading by claiming 3mins. walking to beach. The room rent doesn't justify the overall experience
