The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. Close enough to take quick breaks between activities but far enough to feel away from “the grind.” Will definitely be back!"

"The apartment is located in the downstairs of a split level house with family living upstairs. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, about 7 miles from downtown Ithaca. The entrance in the back of the house was easily accessed but if you have a family member with mobility issues this might be a problem. It was clean and there was a lovely welcome basket full of snacks, coffee pods and a bottle of wine. The single beds were fairly uncomfortable but the queen bed was fine. Furniture was dated...

"We arrived very late at night and had no problem getting in with the self-check-in. The apartment was very clean and the shower was fabulous. The location was very close to Ithaca and Cornell University. The owner was very responsive to our questions and was very accommodating."

We really enjoyed it because it was conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Cornell and everything we wanted to do, with plenty of street parking just in front. It’s 10 minutes or less walking to Ithaca falls, Cascadilla gorge trail that goes up to Cornell and College town, a couple of restaurants, Ithaca bakery, and a couple of really close...

The kitchen is equipped for cooking, which is what we did each night as after skiing we were too tired to go out. Plenty of linens and space for all the snow gear. Great location close to Greek Peak and the lodge for the water park."
