Located in Canet de Mar, the holiday flat "Canet Platja" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning in the living/dining room and in a double bedroom and washing machine. The property has a private covered terrace with sea views. There is also a shared outdoor area with a saltwater swimming pool and garden. The property is centrally located close to supermarkets, restaurants, the train station and the beach. Furthermore, the Costa Brava can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car and Barcelona can be reached in less than an hour by car or train. Parking is available in the garage in the same building. This accommodation is specifically designed for families. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise or loud music after 10pm. Ideal for a family holiday!

The property offers a private covered terrace. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a pool and a garden.

The property boasts a central location close to supermarkets, restaurants, the train station and the beach. In addition, the Costa Brava and Barcelona can be reached in less than an hour by car or train.

Please note that one of the rooms contains an individual bed and a temporary bed, meaning one guest will be sleeping on the temporary bed.

A parking space is available in a garage.

Relaxed beach with easy access to Barcelona and other beach towns

The only catagory i did not give top marks to was accuracy of listing. I did this because the property is quite frankly larger and more well appointed than what i perceived in the listings. Montse (host) was amazing. We would highly recommend this listing.
