Wir haben insgesamt schon mehr als 3Monate in diesem Haus gewohnt.In diesem Jahr wurde das Erdgeschoss renoviert.Jetzt ist alles noch moderner.Man wohnt hier allein und ruhig.Nach 1 Minute hat man den Bäcker,Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand erreicht. Besser geht es nicht..

Nous avons passé un bonne semaine dans cette maison. Toutes les commodités sont fournies, beaucoup d'ustensils de cuisine, chambres spacieuses, deux salles de bains avec douche, bon emplacement et garage. La maison était également très propre à notre arrivée. C'est vraiment une maison et une environnement agréables pour y séjourner! Seuls les meubles de la cuisine avaient besoin d'un grand nettoyage à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et la propreté des terrasses laissait à désirer. En hiver, Canet est un peu désert mais nous le savions d'avance. Ce qui nous a vraiment déçus, c'est la saleté de la municipalité: des excréments de chiens , des mauvaises herbes, des bâtiments et des magasins vétustes.

Erholsamer Urlaub trotz Regentagen

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Bei kleinen Problemen wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Auch nahezu ohne französische Sprachkenntnisse klappte die Verständigung dank Google-Übersetzung einwandfrei. Die Ansprechpartnernpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett.

Une maison très bien équipée mais pas très bien isolée phoniquement, lumineuse malgré le manque de soleil en hiver. Matériel de cuisine neuf, varié et de qualité. Salle de bain du 1er étage écoulement à revoir. Très bon couchage. Prestataire d'accueil et propriétaire attentifs et sympathiques.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. L'équipement est très satisfaisant pour une famille de 6 personnes - vaisselle, eau chaude,...Elle est située à deux pas du front de mer avec tous types de commerces à proximité. Le littoral qui sépare Canet de saint cyprien se trouve a quelques enjambées de la maison ce qui permet des ballades très sympas. L'accueil est efficace et sympathique. Et en plus le soleil était présent. Donc très bien.
