T2 60 m ² with terrace sea front any comfort. Nice benefits, air-conditioned. Located in a luxury building with Concierge and elevator. Center station with direct access to the large beach of fine sand. Paid parking at 50 m or free places at 300m. All shops, market, ice cream bars, restaurants, beach clubs and many activities at the foot of the building. You will not move your car during your stay!
Quiet room with double bed 140/190, secretary, large closet / wardrobe.
Separate kitchen, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer 2 doors, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Italian shower bathroom and washing machine.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable et spacieux, correspondant au descriptif, idéalement situé si vous souhaitez passer de bonnes vacances à Canet-Plage. La propriétaire est disponible et à l’ecoute si vous avez des questions. Je reviendrai probablement.

Appartement très bien situé, mais...

Cet appartement de Canet est très bien situé, mais nous l'avions pris pour cela. Appartement très agréable. Dommage que le canapé, prévu pour le 3e couchage soit dans un tel état !!! Quelle surprise lorsque nous avons dû l'ouvrir : une paillasse, toute défoncée, pleine de vieilles "saletés", des petites bêtes qui couraient de partout. Je suppose qu'il y a longtemps qu'il n'a pas été ouvert. L'extérieur de ce canapé ne laisse pas prévoir un tel état. Punition lorsqu'il fallait se coucher.

Séjour très agréable

Très agréable séjour dans un confortable et coquet appartement climatisé, près de tout, idéal lorsqu'on souhaite éviter la voiture...Nous avons des enfants en bas âge, et avec les manèges à proximité, la plage de sable fin, l'aire de jeux, les marchands de glaces c'était parfait! Aux premières loges pour les concerts sur la place, et aussi pour les restos A recommander.
