This spacious three-bedroom retreat at Ascent Canmore sleeps up to 8, with two king beds, one queen bed, and a sofa bed; three private patios with mountain views and BBQs. With its unique lock-off one bedroom suite for added privacy, plus access to a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, and ski/bike storage, it’s the ultimate basecamp for family adventures or group getaways.



    The Space:

    Discover the perfect blend of comfort and flexibility in this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at the newly built Ascent Canmore. Designed for families, groups, or couples traveling together, this modern retreat sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children with ease.



    Situated next to the train tracks, guests can experience the charm of the iconic CPKC train rolling by—an authentic Canmore touch that adds character to your stay. We've balanced the charm with triple-paned windows, earplugs and noise cancelling/sound machines in each bedroom for those who prefer some tools for an enhanced sleeping experience.



    This unit offers the space and flexibility you need for group adventures or romantic escapes. Whether you’re planning a ski trip, summer hikes, or simply relaxing in the Rockies, the triple-patio setup and lock-off suite make this condo a versatile and unforgettable home base.



    The configuration of the unit includes two separate entrances for added convenience. The 'A' side is the main suite entrance where you'll find the full kitchen, living area with fireplace and sofa bed and two bedrooms and bathrooms. The 'B' side can be locked via two interior doors which separate the A and B sides. The 'B' side features a king bed with private patio, BBQ, small kitchen and full bathroom.

    You will receive the check-in instructions approximately 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date.



    The Neighborhood:

    Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.



    Getting Around:

    Canmore offers free local bus transportation on our ROAM Transit service, and easy access to Banff for a nominal fee. There are also many taxi companies available, including Three Sisters Taxi (our Welcome Binder lists a few options with contact information).



    Other Things to Note:

    This building is located next to the CPKC train tracks. There will be train noise throughout the day and evening. As this is a brand-new building, there is finishing activity occurring in the interior and exterior, and construction activity next door. As a result, there may be related noise during daytime hours. Current prices reflect the situation.



    NOTE: Same day bookings have a 6 p.m. check in time. Should the unit be available earlier, we will advise as soon as possible.



    Any applicable damage deposits will be refunded within 7 days of departure after unit is checked.



    *Reservations made through Booking, VRBO, Homeaway and Vacations in Canmore website are subject to a 4% cancellation charge.

Communication with Donna was great! The condo was fantastic. Being a corner unit, it was next to the side door that led to the pool. Also made it easy to backup to this door and unload our ski gear each day. The unit also included a storage locker to stow all our ski gear. It was in a heated room and everything dried wonderfully. Make sure to bring your own lock. We will definitely be booking this condo for our next ski trip!
