Welcome to your dream getaway in the heart of Canmore! This stunning three-level townhouse offers 1800 square feet of impeccably designed living space, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a luxurious escape. With three spacious bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests ensuring everyone has their own slice of paradise.



The Space:

Enter the home and ascend to the middle level, where the heart of the home awaits. Here,an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area beckon with warmth and style. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a spacious stone island and every appliance you could desire, including a Nespresso coffee machine for the perfect morning brew. Gather around the dining table that seats six, or opt for a more casual meal at the kitchen island, which accommodates three additional guests. The living area boasts comfortable seating, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a 65" flatscreen TV with Netflix for those movie nights in. Also on the middle level is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom (including bath).



From the living room, step out onto the expansive deck, where a BBQ and relaxing lounge seating await. Here, you'll be treated to unobstructed views of the majestic mountains, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Back on the ground floor you can park 1 large vehicle or 2 small cars directly out front. Once inside there is a massive mudroom for all your skis, boots or even bikes. Also in this space is a desk and lamp, just in case you need some privacy to work or study during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to all areas of the townhouse. There is a separate suite downstairs (with a private entrance) that may be occupied during your stay. Please be mindful of noise.



The Neighborhood:

2nd Ave lies just off the main access road in and out of Canmore. The townhouse is perfectly placed for quick access by road to hiking and skiing in Banff National Park. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy the amazing French pastries at Le Fournil, an incredible meal at Crazyweed Kitchen or Ankor, or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home from Eclipse Coffee Roastery. Supermarkets are a 5-10 minute walk, and downtown Canmore with its shopping and restaurant scene is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo.



Getting Around:

Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up, a 5 minute walk from the home.



Other Things to Note:

There are stairs in this unit, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.
