Not updated anything inside the room last 25 years, Room’s lock very hard to open and close ( still using old type key lock) Dining area closed ( still blaming covid) Shower (no water force) and microwave not working properly Squeaky bed frame, Bed’s headrest and box frame dusty and loose, Very hard to open windows and doors carpets looks very old and dirty. Bathtub and toilet still had human residual ( hair, pee stains) Only stayed one night so didn’t bother or complain.

We choose to stay at this inn due to the location and price. We were visiting banff and we had one child. Overall it was a good experience. The room was clean, the staff were very nice and accomodating, they even had a bonus snack time between 5pm and 6pm. The property was also clean, there were a few marks and wear and tear here and there, but overall it was not significant to deter us. The reason why for the 3 stars has nothing to do with the staff and cleanliness as we found those both excellent. We were given the lower level room. Problem is that the ceiling and upper floor is not thick enough to block noise very well. We could hear three or four people in the room above us walking and closing cabinets at night. I have stayed at other inns/hotels where the soundproof barrier is much better, but unfortunately this is more to do with the structure of the building. It was hard to sleep, but we managed. Overall it is a good place but if you plan to stay, I recommend try to get a top floor room if you can.

Amazing views of the Rockies!! Excellent location,beautiful alpine views from the room & balcony,the lobby is quaint with an old world charm and beautiful complete the coffee & tea,fruits,hot chocolate and board games for entertainment 24/7 with the view of the Three Sisters Mountain Range!!! Breakfast to go is an amazing yet delightful option available just for $5!! Would love to visit again & again

I like this place a lot and had a great experience there! The location is easy to find once you get off the highway. The hotel offers free coffee/tea/hot water 24/7 at the front counter which is lovely and convenient. The staff are nice and friendly, and willing to offer help. You may also order the next day morning breakfast, $5 each and it contains one bottle of juice, one cup of yogurt, two breads, and an apple/or orange. The bed is soft and comfortable. Lots of places to park your car. Also the hotel is very close to Esso and Shell. There are many supermarkets and restaurants in Canmore. Though you might hear the talking voice from the room next to you but it's not a big deal for me. Recommend:)

We were there for 4 nights , staff are super friendly, the rooms clean and its walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely return and make sure to get mountain view rooms.

Fresh coffee 24/7, a bagged breakfast if ordered the night before or a couple of breakfast places within five minutes walk, easy walk into downtown Canmore. Really well situated. Quiet (even though it's on a major road). Loved the old-fashioned keys rather than the electronic card keys.

The area was nice. Very close to restaurants and had decent parking. The place is older but it’s one of the nicer places I’ve stayed. Staff was friendly to us and we had a nice stay. Definitely a place we’ll consider coming to again.

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere, the lounge has breathtaking views and is very cozy, coffee and other drinks always available as well as fresh fruits. Staff is very friendly and accommodating Breakfast definitely worth the $5 Will visit again !!!

I should say that the two female staff were lovely, but we had an issue with male at the check in counter. He was absolutely unkind when we asked for our keys to check in, his customer service was not up to any standard. The lobby of this location has been updated and is nice, but the rooms were outdated, bathroom was dirty, balcony felt shaky and unsafe, nothing was as the pictures specified, flooring in the bathroom was deteriorating. Nothing was as expected. We left after 20 minutes in our room.

Standard place to stay at. Room was clean and staff were friendly. My biggest concern was the ice on the sidewalks and parking lot. Sidewalks werent properly cleared, especially out back. Lazy shoveler removed snow the width of the shovel and did not properly clear sidewalks. Parking lot needs the snow/ice removed as it was very slippery. Easily could be avoided if the staff were to properly remove snow from sidewalks and the company secured a snow removal contract for the parking lot
