Creekside Elegance at Timberstone

Summary:
Welcome to our ground-floor condo in Spring Creek Mountain Village. A 5-minute walk from Downtown Canmore, this corner unit offers a serene setting with creeks, nearby restaurants, cafes, and boutique grocery stores. A short drive to Banff National Park. Open-plan living area features wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a stone gas fireplace. Enjoy two opulent bedrooms, smart TVs, and a deck with BBQ. Shared hot tub with mountain views.

The Space:
Photos do not do this stunning condo justice! The spacious open-plan living area is filled with natural light, featuring stunning decor, wide plank wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and stone countertops. The large kitchen boasts a huge island with seating for 5, plus a separate dining area with seating for 6-8. Visiting with multiple families? This is the perfect home to entertain a larger group as the kitchen, dining and living room are really large for a home that only sleeps 4. Also perfect for wedding groups to gather and prepare for the big day.

Relax in the huge living room with a stone gas fireplace as the centerpiece. The condo offers two opulent bedrooms: a king master suite with walk-out access to the deck and a walk-in closet, and a queen bedroom. The king master ensuite includes a luxury soaker tub. Both bathrooms feature huge glass walk-in showers and marble flooring. The master bedroom is equipped with a smart television for your entertainment.

Step outside to enjoy not one but two decks, complete with a BBQ and new patio furniture, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor dining. Complimentary dedicated underground parking for 1 car, plus there are visitor parking spaces from 8pm - 8am, and street parking as well. Lock up your bikes in the dedicated underground bike storage locker. If you have an EV there are 2 chargers available.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the ground floor hot tub, a shared amenity for the use of all building residents and guests.

The Neighborhood:
Spring Creek Village is in a fabulous downtown location just 5 minutes walk to Main St, yet close enough to the highway, allowing a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. The Stirling Lounge at The Malcolm is literally next door, and the best coffee shop in town (Eclipse Coffee) is on Main St. Or try the amazing Bridgette Bar just across the road in Tamarack Lodge - you will not be disappointed! Check out our Welcome Book in suite for more wonderful restaurant and shopping opportunities in downtown Canmore.

Getting Around:
Canmore is a very walkable town, and you are an easy 10 minutes walk downtown. There's good, free local transit available too, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (Lake Louise bus is summer only). Connections to Banff and Lake Louse are not free, details are located in the unit. A great way to avoid the traffic in the National Park, especially when you are just heading to Banff townsite, Lake Louise or Moraine Lake!

Other Things to Note:
There is ongoing construction work in Spring Creek Mountain Village that may affect your stay. Work is ongoing from 7am - 6pm weekdays, and occasionally on weekends. You cannot hear it during the winter months as the condo has double glazed windows. We anticipate the work beside Timerstone Lodge to be indoors by Fall 2025.

Interaction with Guests:
We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Talk to us for advice on hiking, biking, skiing, restaurants etc. If you need specific equipment for your stay that you don't want to buy, get in touch and we'll see if we can help.
