Enjoy a nice stay at MTN.Pet friendly room already includes the clean fee that is awesome. Very advanced you can pre check in on line and get door password. The bedding is clean and coffee machine is great.

Check in was odd, bit of a contentious conversation regarding our platinum status and whether that entitled us to any upgrades/perks. Was informed that we had been moved to a clean room as opposed to a dirty one, and that was an “upgrade”…and that we tried to check in early and that was an issue. Check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 3:50pm. Was then told any upgrades had to be asked for in advance, which has never been our experience as Expedia Platinum members. Seemed more like excuses than explanations, but tha was the only real issue. Spa was fantastic, restaurants were excellent, staff in spa and restaurants were excellent, room was comfortable minus a terrible showerhead. Will definitely return, as it all felt like good value for price, and even on a busy Saturday afternoon, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Nous sommes rester a cet hotel pour la deuxième fois. Ambiance feutrée. L'entrée vous accueille avec un vrai feu de foyer qui crépite. Belle luminosité. Bon service. Le restaurant est moyen. Rien de tres fancy. Le petit déjeuner, le diner est ordinaire et chers. La chambre est tres belle et propre. Le lit comfortable. Les couloirs sont bruillants et quelque peu frais ( pas tres bien chauffer). Le spa !!! OMG un must !!! Ca vaut le prix que vous payerai. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

The spa was overpriced, overcrowded, and surprisingly noisy, with amenities that felt underwhelming. For a place that markets tranquility and relaxation at a premium price, the experience fell short — from bumping into people in the co-ed changing facilities to guests running around the pools like children at the YMCA. I would not recommend.

We recently stayed at Everwild Nordic Spa & Hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms felt luxurious yet comfortable, and the mountain atmosphere made it such a relaxing getaway. The spa was equally lovely. The pools and relaxation areas were well maintained, and it truly felt like a peaceful escape. The only downside was that it was quite crowded during our visit, which made some areas feel a bit less serene than we’d hoped. That said, it was still a great experience and a perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Canmore. We’d definitely return — maybe next time aiming for a quieter time of day.

The walls are unfortunately very thin. The amenities were great, everything was clean, and the hotel itself is lovely. However, with the construction , you cof this hotel consideratio of noise was not a priority - as you can hear almost everything from next door. We also experienced noise from other guests, including loud conversations, which made it difficult to fully relax.
