We do our best to provide a cozy mountain mood with modern amenities. Complimenting the new leather chairs and chic bean bags is a custom line of Niicos Rustic Furniture, crafted by a local artisan to create a comfortable and authentic mountain living experience.
You will love cooking in this space and sharing warms meals with your friends and family. This unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and dining space for 10.
The suite has 3 bedrooms, plus a common space with a sofa bed.
Room 1: Queen Bed + High Vaulted Ceiling
Room 2: One-of-a-kind Queen Bunk Bed w/ Stair Access
Room 3: Queen Bed + Low Vaulted Ceiling.
Common Space: Queen Size Pull-Out Couch

We also provide a FREE National Park passes for you to use while staying with us. A pass is required if you plan on visiting Banff, Lake Louise or any other location in the park. Not only does our pass save you $78.50 per day in park fees, but it also enables you to bypass any lines at the park gates!
Entrance door has a key code entry for your convenience. Guests can also access a shared BBQ area, coin laundry, heated outdoor pool and hot tub is a 15 second walk. We provide pool towels and plastic cups for your refreshments.
We kindly ask that you use no glass in the pool area.
This townhouse is located at the Mystic Springs complex across from the Cornerstone Dinner Theater. There are many great restaurants and other services nearby. Banff National Park gate entrance is a 7 minute drive away.
We suggest renting a car to drive around the beautiful Canadian Rockies! You can also bike 45 mins to the town of Banff on the famous Banff Legacy Trail featuring breathtaking views, covered picnic areas, the Banff town site, and a variety of rest spots along the way.
Just a 10 minute walk to Canmore Community Center and Elevation Place, Canmores indoor playground featuring a great climbing gym, fitness gym, a large swimming pool and hot tub, and the Canmore Library.
Travel Times by Car:
1.5 hour to Calgary Airport (YYC)
10 mins to Canmore Nordic Center
20 mins to Banff town
25 mins to Norquay Ski Hill
30 mins to Sunshine Village Ski Resort
45 mins to Lake Louise and Lake Louise Ski Resort
2 hours to Columbia Icefield
3 hours to Jasper town
Ski Bus to Sunshine and Lake Louise is available during winter season. The bus stop is in walking distance from the unit.

Smoking is not permitted in the Mystic Springs complex except in 1 of 5 designated smoking areas on the property. Smoking is never permitted inside. Smoking in the unit will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Parking is available both behind the building in the parking lot and on the street in front of the building. During busy times such as weekends in the summer and holidays, please know parking can be limited. You may occasionally have to park down the street, a block or so away.
This building is a freestanding, private building located in a complex called Mystic Springs. The pool, hot tub, bbq area and laundry facility are shared among other guests of Mystic Springs.
Late check-out will result in a $50 pre hour charge. Our awesome cleaners run a tight ship and will bill us for standing around.
Long-Stay Policy:
For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This ensures the suite remains fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay. The cleaning includes a full refresh of the unit and allows us to check that everything is in proper working order. Guest will be contacted during the booking process or shortly after booking to arrange a convenient time.
This building is in a shared complex in close proximity to other buildings. There is a strict no parties policy and quiet hours are in effect after 10PM as per local bylaws. Any fines or violations that are incurred during your stay will be passed on to the guest to pay.
We kindly ask that you use no glass in the pool area.

Important: To ensure the long-term enjoyment of our pool and hot tub, we will be conducting a necessary mechanical system restoration project from February 24th to the end of April 2025. This will unfortunately require the closure of these amenities during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Important Notice: Please note that if the fire alarm is triggered accidentally—whether by children or adults—and emergency services are dispatched, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the response cost issued by the complex. We kindly ask all guests to ensure that alarms are not tampered with and that children are supervised around safety equipment.
