Nestled in the picturesque Winter Wonderland of Spring Creek, at the heart of Canmore, our mountain retreat is the perfect destination for your snowy escape. Our cozy condo is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a cozy pull-out sofa with a plush foam mattress in the living room. We take pride in offering top-notch winter comforts, including luxurious bedding, soft and fluffy bath towels, as well as invigorating local bath products from Rocky Mountain Soap Co and premium shampoo and conditioner from Moroccan Oil. The unit has recently undergone a fresh winter-themed repaint and refurbishment.

For those who love to cook, our fully stocked kitchen comes complete with an array of winter spices, aromatic teas, coffee, and essential kitchen supplies such as plastic wrap, tin foil, and paper towels, along with cookie sheets and other baking pans for your festive culinary adventures. Additionally, our in-suite laundry ensures that your winter wardrobe is always fresh and ready for the next snow adventure. Step outside onto your private winter wonderland patio and be captivated by the breathtaking vistas of the snow-capped peaks. Whether you're grilling up a delightful winter feast or sipping a warm cup of cocoa, the panoramic views will leave you in awe.

As our cherished guests, you'll have full access to the entire unit, except for the supply closet. The building's winter amenities include a soothing outdoor hot tub, a well-equipped gym, and a games room, all available for your enjoyment during your stay. In addition to the in-suite washer and dryer, the building offers further laundry facilities for a small fee.

Our condo is the perfect winter haven for families and couples seeking the ultimate mountain getaway. Canmore, nestled in the breathtaking Rocky Mountains, offers an array of winter activities, from world-class ski hills to snow-covered hiking trails for all skill levels. A secure underground parking stall is available for the duration of your stay. The resort also offers additional outdoor visitor parking and street parking is plentiful.

Spring Creek is a gorgeous neighbourhood, located at the very heart of downtown Canmore.

Rundle Cliffs Lodge is situated between two mountain streams, each with beautiful trails that will frame your 5 minute walk to Main Street.

The Town of Canmore has pedestrianized Main Street, increasing mobility and allowing for safe distancing while continuing to provide an experience like none other in Canada.

The condo is only a short 5 minute walk from downtown shops and restaurants.

The location is easily accessible from #1 Highway.

If you don't have a vehicle, Roam Transit provides access to all of Canmore & Banff (#3 to Banff, #4 & #5 in town). Bus stops are located only a few minutes walk away.
Welcome to our Luxurious Vacation Home!

Thank you for choosing our high-end home for your vacation. We kindly ask you to respect our property and adhere to the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

1. Quiet Hours and Balcony/Patio Use: Canmore noise bylaw quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.
Please refrain from using the balcony/patio during these hours. Noise violation fines range from $50 - $300, and any incurred fines will be charged to the guest.
2. Shoe Removal and Indoor Slippers: Kindly remove your outdoor shoes upon entering to protect our cherry hardwood floors. We recommend bringing some indoor slippers for your comfort.
3. Smoking, Vaping, and Drugs: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or non-prescription drugs are permitted on the premises. A fine of $1000 will be charged for any evidence or complaints of such activity.
Guests will also be responsible for any resulting housekeeping or damage costs.
4. Dryer Usage: Please keep the door of the laundry room open while using the dryer to prevent condensation damage. (There is a water container in the top left corner of the dryer which will need to be emptied between uses)
5. Sports Equipment and Facility Usage: Sports equipment such as skis, bikes, and golf bags are not allowed in the home. Rules regarding hot tub, games room, and fitness room usage must be followed to avoid a $350 fine.
6. Patio/Deck Dining: Please use unbreakable dishware provided for patio/deck dining.
7. Complimentary Toiletries: Enjoy high-end shampoos, conditioners, and soaps (Rocky Mountain Soap and Moroccan Oil) provided for your use during your stay. Missing bottles will be charged at $75 per item.
8. Extra Charges and Fees: Additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture.
- Late checkout fee - 25$ (after 11am without prior approval by host)
- Extra Garbage fee - 25$ (for garbage / recycling left in the unit)
- Extra Cleaning fee - 25$ (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in kitchen/on tables, dishes not done)
- Towel Replacement fee - 10$ (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: varies depending on the damaged item
9. Please note a fee of $50 will apply for use of the sleep sofa unless the extra guest fee has been charged already (extra guest fee charged for 5 or 6 guests)
10. We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as interruptions of cable, internet, electricity, water, or exterior noise.
