Our bright and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and connection — whether you’re relaxing after a mountain adventure or gathering for a family trip.
The Space

-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, bake, or make coffee
-Two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and fireplace
-One full bathroom with shower and one with a deep soaking tub (no shower)
-Private balcony with mountain views — the perfect sunrise coffee spot
-Washer & dryer in-unit
-Fast WiFi and workspace for remote travelers
Sleeping Arrangements
-Bedroom 1: King bed + ensuite + fireplace
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed + adjoining bath + fireplace
-Living Room: Sofa bed for additional guests

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire Penthouse Suite during your stay. There is keyless entry to the suite; a code will be provided to you after you book with us. We do not live on site, but are a quick message or phone call away!
Parking is provided, and located underground in the building next door, which is a very short walk across the alley.
All guests of Parkland 301 have full access to the pool, hot tub and gym facilities in the Grande Rockies resort which is conveniently located right next door (Alberta restriction exemption program applies).

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled.
