Best place we've stayed

We have stayed in Canmore at least 10 times over the years. This condo was the best we've stayed at according to our entire family. What stood out:Spacious unit with high celiings and huge master bedroom. Cleanliness was excellent. Organization and clarity of instructions was superior.The unit was well stocked with the little extras like spa style soaps.The location as a whole and unit within the building are great. Everyone enjoyed pool area fully.I only communicated with Sabine, but it was excellent. Checked in with us several times to ensure our satisfaction.Highest recommendation of this property.

Perfect place!

Loved the property- super clean and had all the necessities, plus some extras! We appreciated the goodie bag welcome gift as we ate the granola bars the very next day on our hike. Also it was very convenient to have some coffee pods and sugar for the next morning as well. Communication was great and the owner checked in on us but not overbearing at all. The resort looks like it’s doing some remodeling in the hallways but not once was this an issue or a bother to us. We weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub facilities simply due to our busy itinerary however the parking was a breeze and we made use of the included park pass as well. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we come back!

Great Hosts

Our hosts were exceptional. The info package for accommodation was very thorough and was sent well in advance of our stay. Communication was within a few minutes if we had any questions and the hosts were very polite. Clean accommodation and location was easy to walk to downtown if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grande Rockies. Our hosts were lovely and very communicative. They responded quickly to any questions that came up. The property was well equipped with kitchen and bathroom items. It was very clean and the beds were comfy! The carpets in the hallway are very worn which had me concerned as we walked in but the inside of the condo is nicely updated! We also loved how easily walkable this condo is to downtown Canmore and to some of the town trails. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!
