The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations occurring in the vicinity.
So if you are very sensitive with sounds, I wouldn’t recommend it.

"I will definitely stay here again. Great location, staff are superb and very friendly. Restaurant is really nice with plenty of menu choices. Only thing worth noting is the room I was in was adjoining on both sides and you hear everything if you are a light sleeper."

"On the positive side the staff were really good. Excellent service and very helpful and friendly. The food was good both for breakfast and evening meal. On the negative side, it's an old building and is showing it's age. The floor in our room had a noticeable slope (disconcerting when you get out ..."
