“Picked this rental due to the boat slip. The rental was so cute, very clean and had everything needed. The check in process was so easy. The outside patio and deck made this location the best. A downside was the boat dock/slip ramp was underwater neck deep, so the family that visited during the stay had to be picked up at the marina with the coolers. The communication with the openers was very quick and so nice. Will be booking here again if available.”

“5 couples stayed for 3 nights over New Years Eve.Pros: Host was easy to work with. Property easy to find. Property was well stocked with paper products, kitchen items and bath towels etc. Overall the property was very nice. As the weather was cold we did not open the "garage" door or take advantage of the outside area. In warm weather it would be a great place to hang out. Large parking area. Close to Patoka Lake. “Really had a great time. Thought the cabins were great. Would rate 5 starts, but we had mice in cabin 5. Never saw one, there we several mice droppings every morn on the stove and countertops. Some in bathroom also. Didn’t bother me to bad but probably freek most out.”
