## Space

Ideally located in the city center, close to the station, this spacious flat with AC can accommodate 4 people. Close to shops, 5 min away from the Festival Palace by walk and 8 min from the beach, this flat is perfect to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.

This bright and modern apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a luxurious and new building, consists of a living space of 65 sq. m and includes :
- a sunny living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a nice balcony,
- a bedroom with king-size bed (180cm),
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, hot plates, fridge),
- a bathroom with Italian shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment.
- TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

## Neighborhood

Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the South sweetness for a stay. Ideally located 2 min away by foot from the station, you’ll reach the Croisette and the Festival Palace in 5 min, and the old city and the beach in 8 min. You will also be able to enjoy all the proximity shops around the flat.
