Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Lovely house with retiled swimming pool. Nice neighbourhood with lot of cities nearby to visit. Communication with both the owner and the housekeeper were excellent.

We have atayed here with our chikderen and grandchilderen. We really enjoyed it. The house was good and we specially liked the pool and pool house, although the wheather was not that great.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

This was our first visit and from our first moment we knew we had choosen really well. The house is well laid our and wonderfully equipped both in kitchen , lounge and bedrooms. The pool was beautiful and lots of chairs to relax in the sunshine . The welcome from Mme Barnier gave us a very friendly welcome and she efficiently explained the house and facilities . Pascale , the owner , was fantastic and communicating regularly to check all was okay. We would seriously be delighted to return and spend more time in this wonderful house

Vila could money spent on it

Villa could do with money spent on it to make it up to date . Areas of the villa looked like it hadn’t it been cleaned. A lot of tiles had come off the inside of the pool.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder zu 100% genossen.Das große Grundstück mit Pool ist komplett umzäunt und war absolut sicher für unsere Hunde. Der Pool ist riesig und bietet eine tolle Abkühlung. Direkt nebenan im Poolhaus ist eine kleine Küche, eine Toilette und Dusche was sehr praktisch ist. Außerdem gibt es jede Menge Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten.Das Wohn/Esszimmer mit Küche hat alles was man braucht: eine bequeme Couch, alle nötigen Küchengeräte und einen großen Esstisch. Zudem hat man direkten Zugang zum Balkon der eine schöne Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang bietet.Das komplette Haus war sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon auf unseren dritten Besuch in diesem ausgewohnlichen Ferienhaus.

Tolles Haus in reizvoller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa. Der Pool ist mit Abstand das Highlight und die zweite Küche mit Kühlschrank im Poolhaus sehr angenehm für lange Pooltage.Die Möbel sind teilweise schon etwas älter und verwohnt, aber die Vermieter und die Verwalterin sind dafür sehr hilfsbereit und lösen etwaige Probleme umgehend. So einen Service habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker sind in Max 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Grasse Zentrum in ca. 10min

Très bien placé

Nous étions 4 couples d’amis, chacun avait sa chambre. 2 chambres, une salle de bain (qui mériterait de nouvelles colonnes de douche) et un toilette par étage (qui mériterait des lunettes plus adaptées pour être mieux fixées) mais ceci n’est que détails. La Villa est spacieuse, les extérieurs sont très jolies. La propriétaire est disponible et à l’écoute par messagerie, elle ne vit pas à côté. Idéalement placée vous vous trouvez au milieu entre l’Italie et Marseille. Je vous recommande cette villa.

Fürsorgliche Vermieter

Grundsätzlich war es sehr schön und für den Preis Top. Im Garten plätscherte der „Wasserfall“ vom Goldfischteich was sehr schön war auch zwitschern viele Vögel.Das Ambiente fanden wir besser als auf den Fotos Einige Fliesen Hatten jedoch Risse und die Linke Seite vom Poolhaus konnte nicht komplett geöffnet werden. In ca 25 min zu Fuß ist ein Bäcker ein Feinkostgeschäft und ein leckerer Pizzabäcker. Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe uns wenn man die Fahrkarte beim P+R Parkplatz zeigt dann ist das Parken kostenlos und

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren zu Fünft mit unserem Labrador in diesem tollen Haus. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Pool und die Flexibilität mit zwei Küchen und drei Essplätzen. Auch der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Verwalterpaar war sehr gut. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung von uns.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

Das Haus war genau so wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Wir hatten sogar im Oktober noch die Möglichkeit den Pool zu nutzen. Der Abfluss in der Badewanne lief ncht einwandfrei. Nach kurzer Zeit haben sie sich darum gekümmert und das Problem beseitigt.

Malheureusement, la météo capricieuse d'octobre ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de tous les atouts de cette location : une grande piscine, une vaste propriété au calme, un pool house, etc. En ce qui concerne le confort de l'hébergement, quelques points méritent d'être soulignés. L'état de propreté général nécessiterait une amélioration. Le renforcement des procédures de nettoyage et des contrôles réguliers des équipements permettrait de remédier à cette situation. La réactivité de la propriétaire face aux signalements est par ailleurs appréciable.

Excellent accueil lors de notre arrivée et très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Ce sont des gens très prévenants et bienveillants. La maison, très bien située, sans aucun vis à vis, offre une vue magnifique. Tout est d’une propreté irréprochable et la literie est très confortable. La piscine est juste magnifique ! Le pool house est très bien équipé, tout comme la maison qui propose tout le confort souhaité. Nous avons été vraiment enchantés par notre séjour et conquis par cet endroit magnifique.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig in einem Villenquartier in Grasse. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist riesig mit Sprunggrube. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt, die Sonnenständer sind zu leicht, wenn ein Windstoss kommt, kippen sie um. Da heisst es, kreativ zu sein.. Das Haus ist grosszügig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar und ist bemüht, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Sie gibt auch viele Tipps, was man machen kann! Rundum ein super Urlaub!

Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend

Wir haben hier 10 Tage an Pfingsten verbracht und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es ist gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und dennoch sind alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch in Grasse ist man in wenigen Minuten. Auch liegt es ideal, um Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu unternehmen. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Immense jardin et piscine de compétition ! Quartier très calme à 1400 m des commerces de proximité . Une famille a chaque étage c est parfait . Des visites variées à proximité : Valbonne , Grasse et ses parfums ainsi que la vieille ville , Biot et les souffleurs de verre , une escapade en bord de mer pour déjeuner sur la plage, des musées ,( en particulier le musée Fernand Leger de Biot)

We had a great stay in a perfect house. Clean, everything at its place, nothing left to wish. Eine wunderbare Villa für 4x2 Personen, etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum von Grasse auf einem gut gesicherten großen Grundstück mit reichlich Parkplatz in ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber, alles da, sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, Handtücher, Bettwäsche.... Und ein großer, gefliester und sauberer Pool samt großem Poolhaus, voll eingerichtet mit Küche und Bad. Der Bäcker ist 10 Laufminuten entfernt. Ein nicht alltägliches Erlebnis. Kommunikation auf Enlisch völlig problemlos. Sehr zu empfehlen und preiswert im wahraten Sinne des Wortes.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern und 2 großen Hunden für knapp 2 Wochen im Oktober hier im Ferienhaus. Wunderschönes Haus, toller Pool, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Ca. 10-15 Autominuten bis Cannes. Um die Ecke gibt es alles was man braucht (Einkaufen, Essen usw.) Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter/Gastgeber vorab und wärend des Aufenthalts war sehr gut via WhatsApp oder direkt (mit Übersetzungstools). Wir haben tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten mit den Kids bekommen. Für Oktober war das Wetter gut bis sehr gut, das Mittelmeer hatte noch über 20 Grad. Die Umgebung ist großartig, es gibt Sandstrände, Felsküste, schöne Städte und tolle Berge. In Cannes der Luxus, in Grasse Parfüm und eine wunderschöne Altstadt, Chateau Gourdon in den Bergen die beiden Inseln vor Cannes und das Marineland bei Antibes, für jeden und jedes Wetter etwas dabei. Alles perfekt!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in tollem Haus

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles ist sehr großzügig, das Grundstück, das Haus, der Pool. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch unser Vierbeiner nicht ständig unter Beobachtung bleiben musste. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, so dass es Tag und Nacht sehr ruhig ist. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet: Es gibt zwei komplett ausgestattete Küchen, so dass man seine Mahlzeiten je nach Wetter, Lust und Laune da zubereiten und essen kann, wo es gerade am schönsten ist. Zusätzlich wird auch noch ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr fürsorglich um ihre Gäste, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.
