Cannes, Palm Beach, Penthouse 50 meters from the Beach

Wonderful Penthouse apartment only 50 meters from the Beach. It is located in the nice and quiet Palm Beach area, which gives you the real feeling of being in Provence. It is walking distance to a bakery, butcher, grocery store, Pharmacy, the famous Jean-Jacques pizza truck and more. It is only a 15 min walk from La Croisette and a 10 min walk to Gotha Club and Palm Beach. In case you don't feel like walking, there is a bus stop close by that takes you directly to the center of Cannes or Palm Beach.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom and an additional bedroom; the master with a full bathroom connected and the other with a half bath. The kitchen is fully functional with all the amenities. The living room is lively with a dining table and a sofa area from where you can watch TV, but the beauty of the apartment comes from the terrace which mirrors the apartment in size with sun from rise. You can see the ocean, tan and utilize the amenities to the max by firing up the grill and enjoying the light ocean breeze.

Getting to the apartment is easy as it has an elevator and finding a parking spot is no problem as there is free street parking with lots of spots to choose from.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön gelegen in Palm Beach und liegt ungefähr 15 Gehminuten von La Croissette entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt gut ausgestattete Lebensmittel Geschäfte in der Nähe und der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir waren im August da, zur Hauptsaison, und leider war es schwierig einen Parkplatz in der nähe der Wohnung zu finden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer mit jeweiligem Bad waren ok. Die Betten waren bequem. Am besten hat uns die wunderschöne große Terrasse gefallen. Die vorhandenen Markisen geben viel Schatten und ermöglichen es schon morgens draußen zu Frühstücken und man hat theoretisch den ganzen Tag bis abends Sonne auf der Terrasse. Geschäfte, Bäckerei, Restaurants etc. gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe und man kann alles super schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt in der Straße gibt es fast täglich einen kleinen Markt mit frischem Obst, Gemüse, Käse etc. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man kann problemlos in die Altstadt oder zur Croisette fahren. Außerdem ist der Strand in max. 3 Gehminuten erreicht, das war das absolute Highlight. Da man ja schon mit 2 Kindern einiges zu schleppen hat. Der Strand an sich ist auch sehr schön und sauber. Das Wasser ist sehr klar und die Kinder fanden es super hier zu Schnorcheln. Uns hat es absolut super gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Break in Cannes.

Flat is on the fourth floor with access to a lift in a small building and quiet area of Cannes. Located only a few minutes from the sandy beach with several restaurants close . Local shops at close proximity include butcher, fishmonger, baker and two small supermarkets. Flat is spacious with a large terrace which enabled us to eat outdoors on a daily basis. Small kitchen well equipped including cooker, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. Flat would benefit from some modernisation and access to essential such as more bedding/ towels would be helpful.

Super Lage, nur 2 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Altstadt und Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die riesige Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht.

La casa posta in attico al 4 piano, perfetta per 4 persone con 2 letti matrimoniali di cui 1 divisibile, perfetto per le nostre esigenze; la posizione è fantastica a due passi dal mare e in zona tranquilla dove il parcheggio dell’auto in strisce bianche facile da trovare. La cucina è molto rifornita con tutto anche per i più esigenti! Grazie mille di tutto, spero di poter ritornare presto.

Ottimo appartamento con balcone stupendo

L’appartamento è perfetto e dotato di tutti i confort, molto signorile e con un terrazzo enorme e arredato per prendere il sole e il barbecue. Ps alloggio con vista mare che si trova a soli 50 metri dal portone. Proprietà e signora che la gestisce sono stati educati e disponibili r molto flessibili con gli orari. Ritorneremo!
