The service and attention to detail is unsurpassable in this charming, small boutique hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. I've stayed here for several years at festival time and it's a great location. Near to the action but a bot of an oasis of quiet. Highly recommended.

We love hotel Victoria Cannes , it's our 3rd time here and we always feel like home ! We love the location, the calme, breakfests by the calm pool and mainly the family spirit of this hotel thanks to Fanny and the staff. Looking forward to come back again ;)

Great location and lovely staff, the room was clean which is great. However the hotel having keys to enter/lock the room doors instead of card swipes is very inconvenient. You have to leave the room key at reception everytime you leave the hotel and collect when you come back in. The second thing is I barely slept as the room next to mine made noise up until 3am (not the hotel fault I know) but I did ring reception to explain to them this issue but they didn’t do anything about it as the noise continued

pleasant hotel but very small bedroom. Breakfast was poor with no proper bread for toasting and limited cereals .Small pool area .staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating.

This is a hard one to review. The staff was amazing. I read reviews before I went and was excited about the property. Problem #1 is parking. On website it said there was parking and no mention of price. Arrived and was told it was 16 euros. Not happy, but so be it. Then, that only very small car would fit. So, no parking. We had to go 2 blocks and use public parking at 28 euros. Problem #2 is smoking on site. I didn’t mind that people smoke, but our balcony was next door to someone that smoked non stop all night long. It was hot so we had to keep our balcony door open. Didn’t sleep a wink. Sent message and haven’t received an apology or am I am sorry. Disappointing to say the least

Loved our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location to many restaurants, shopping and the beach. Loved the pool area and the staff was very friendly and extremely attentive to all our needs and questions. This is our second time at this hotel and hope to return soon.

This hotel is not value for money at all, I paid 5 star rate £460 per night with shoe box room, bathroom so small you cannot reach the sink properly. Breakfast very poor and limited that we deiced to not use it after the first day. 2 star experience with 5 star cost.

The hotel was 1 star at best. Avoid it and know there are plenty of hotels in Cannes on the sea. Owner is extremely arrogant and blames travelers for their bad experiences. Never acknowledges the hotel’s ancient design, needs an update badly. Stay away.

Well recommended hotel

I very nice stay! The breakfast was okey and the room was not super clean, some kind of daub on one of the lamps but other then that everything was superb. Nice pool area, staff etc.
