Belle résidence bien située mais logement pas du tout à la hauteur du prix.

Des soucis à notre arrivée ce lundi 9 août. L’appartement n’était pas prêt à 16h et quand nous sommes arrivés, les femmes de ménage se trouvaient encore dans l’appartement, ce qui fait qu’elles ont dû faire le ménage à la hâte et n’ont pu libérer le logement qu’à 18 heures, et ce après 7h de trajet en voiture et deux enfants dont un en bas-âge. Nous avons trouvé une paire de chaussettes usagées dans l’appartement et les alèses des lits du salon n’ont pas été changé et nous avons dû les changer nous-mêmes mais il en manquait d’ailleurs une et nous avons dû secouer l’alèse pour enlever la poussière et les poils car notre fille est allergique. Par ailleurs la vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle pas lavée. Nous n’avons pas reçu de doubles des clés, ce qui complique nos allers et venues dans l’appartement. Il est clair que la propreté de l’appartement à notre arrivée n’était pas à la hauteur des conditions et des mesures sanitaires liés au Covid. Nous avons dû refaire le ménage nous-mêmes dès notre entrée.
