Discover this magnificent fully renovated three-room duplex, ideally located in the historic Suquet district, just a 5 minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Midi beaches, and the Croisette.
This elegant and modern accommodation is perfect for business trips, a stay with friends, or a family getaway.
Enjoy this refined setting, combining contemporary style with an exceptional location, for an unforgettable stay in Cannes.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
