Our stay was wonderful, everything you needed from a budget hotel, couldnt recommend enough if you want no frills but everything you need to stay comfortably. Special thanks to Herve for looking after us so well

Great value budget hotel
The hotel is small and basic but very clean and convenient. The reception team are excellent- very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is decent value for money with a reasonable selection. The room was very warm even in December and the knly real negative. For the price I paid i was happy with the hotel. Room would be a little small for a longer stay as there is limited storage, but for a few nights it was great.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Its a ⭐⭐ and has seens its glory days passed already but its still nice and a great location. Especially, if you're traveling by train. They still use physical keys and have a 24h concierge where you drop your keys off when you go out. Its definitely an older style place. The rooftop restaurant has a great view and offers the simplest of breakfasts but its all that my wife and i needed. Its not the best hotel but it was safe, clean and affordable.

Really good breakfast. Clean room even if older! Across the street from the train station, surrounded by restaurants and shops and 10 minutes to the beach! Perfect location

Very friendly and helpful staff--from warm welcome by reception on arrival to handling any request during my stay, through efficient and kind check-out. Railway station area has worsened, though--this to none of the hotels' fault. Local law enforcement should be more present.

This is a 3 Star Hotel…Not a 2 as stated
This Hotel is directly opposite train station and was idea for us.. location was mins away from the main heart of Cannes Room 406 over looked the station in a good way. No nose and was very clean, good size shower room. And the shatters give you full dark room. Excellent with Air Con. on and a good night sleep. I would definitely be back
