Room was spacious and very clean with daily service. Property located within walking distance to the sea front and city centre. Only slight issue was that the room walls seem thin are not very sound proof, you can hear the neighbours when in the room

Great service
Staff were friendly and room was available earlier than expected. Communications before the trip as we needed one room to be a twin were easy and quick. Nothing that that hotel can control but by the afternoon, most of the sun loungers are in the shade (August). Bonus - the products in the room are L'Occitane, and they even provide conditioner! Pretty quiet location until a train goes by but you soon get used to the infrequent passing. There are two supermarkets near by for supplies too, and it's a short walk to the promenade.

Great stay !
Everything was good, unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours and the sounds travelled very easily. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great.

Comfortable, convenient hotel
Nice stay at the hotel. Staff are friendly, room is comfortable albeit a bit small, pool area is nice, and location is about a 15 minute walk to the main area.

Location was great for exploring Cannes. Our room was excellent with views out to sea, size of room, cleanliness and amenaties all excellent. Service and breakfast great too. Only negative is that it's opposite a train line, though this didn't negatively impact our stay. Free street parking was a bonus.

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room. Easy walk to the park and shoreline, little bit longer to the center of town. Free self parking. Highly recommend .

Great location, a couple of minutes from the seaside, 10min walk to train station and bus stop, it is probably less if you are a fast walker :) Pleasent staff, always smiling and happy to help you if you need help with anything. The room was very clean and was a good size. We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool neither check it out as we stayed only for a night. I would definitely stay there again if I revisit Cannes.

I can’t say enough kind words about the lovely staff at this hotel. They were very helpful with recommendations and super friendly. The rooms are comfortable and decorated beautifully. You should go. Just do it.

Cute place, not amazing concierge!
Loved our room. Spacious w a large tub & cute little deck that lead to the pool. The room had bathrobes, hairdrier, slippers, & flip-flops. The space was wonderful. The location was just off the strip (5 min walk to the beach.) What put this hotel from a 5 to a 3 for us was the really harsh response from the girl at the front desk when we asked for a bucket of ice for a bottle of bubbles we had bought from a wine shop down the street. We asked politely, got a firm no. "Because they offer wine at the hotel so they will not help us enjoy outside wine!" If I were new to hotel hopping I would have accepted this as par and not been bugged by it, however, I'm a seasoned traveler the and it's quite often that the concierge (in any country) will bring us whatever we ask for. We've asked for ice buckets, toothpaste, corkscrews, an extra chair to accommodate a visitor. We've never been told no. As a matter of fact, once a concierge opened our outside bottle of wine for us & most hotels will do whatever they can to make you feel at home. Her denial was like saying, "No you can't have an iron in your room because we have laundery service that will iron your clothes for you that you can pay for." Absurd. Accommodations were great. Service sucked. We did end up enjoying our wine the next eve. We let our wine chill in the fridge & the bar tender at the hotel let us borrow his wine key! Whoo hoo! (We did have to dispute mini bar charges since we removed a bottle of water to fit our wine)

Nice boutique hotel in Cannes
Nice small hotel. Could do with a few improvements in the room, just silly things like the shower needs reattaching to the wall in bathroom, just small repairs. But apart from that a really lovely hotel not to far from the sea front and main town. The bed is exceptionally comfy.

Great small property mins away from la Croisette
Very comfortable beds, nice firm pillows, well Maintained facilities. Nice clean bathroom with good amenities from Occitane. Breakfast could be improved as it has limited selection. Very friendly staff always available!

Lovely boutique hotel
Great place to stay in Cannes with a vintage style, about five minutes walk from the beach and the main strip of shops and restaurants. There's a nice pool area at the back of the hotel, and a seating area at the front where you can enjoy a drink from the bar. It's small with a limited number of rooms, but if you're looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful town then it's ideal.

Lovely boutique hotel - staff were so kind. I took my 15 year old niece and felt incredibly safe!

Close to beach, but also to noisy subway.
They put us in a room downstairs and facing the street, where the train goes by. You could hear the subway every few mins. The patio was very dirty and the bathroom shower was awkward to use and it leaked water all over the floor. The pool area and the grounds could use a little attention and maintenance. The decor was a bit tacky.

Nice hotel. A block from Cannes beach (Croisette).
Stayed a night. Free street parking in front. Seems plenty spaces. A block from the beach but 15 mins walk to the Palais de Festvals / centre of Cannes. Room very comfortable and well equipped. Nice little pool and terrace.

Definitely not what we were expecting, bad choice.
We were not happy in this hotel. We wonder how it has 4 stars. The shower floor doesn't have separation from the rest of the floor, and the decline is very small so the water goes all over. The pool and garden area are old and rundown. The breakfast area is in a basement where it's difficult to go down the steps. The guy who serves the breakfast spends the time laughing loudly with young clients. The neighborhood is not the best, with some weird people sitting in the corners.

The decor and cleanliness was good and the location is great as the hotel is close to a playground/park and to restaurants and shopping on the Croisette. Our room itself was cluttered with unnecessary furniture and so felt a bit small. The Manager on duty was not understanding or helpful generally and the hotel is right across the street from a train line which has trains passing approx every 30 mins till about midnight, which we could clearly hear from our room.

Great Hotel
This is our second trip to LA Villa Cannes. We discovered the hotel last year and were so happy we booked as many nights as we could last year. This year we booked as many nights as we could and another couple came for part of our visit and they also were extremely happy with everything. Nice rooms, great service, extremely clean!

Delicious breakfast but pricey - located very close to the strip and beach - easy to park as we rented a car and always found street parking or parking in their front lot - rooms are small, very clean but felt snug. Great wifi. Staff isn't super friendly but were helpful..

Nice but not luxurious
Hotel was nice but didn't quite have the luxury we were expecting. There were no amenities in the room, such as tea making facilities, and there wasn't much of a view. Would have been nice to have a balcony to sit out on. Also the shower is very strange, the door only goes half way across so the water goes everywhere. Staff were very helpful though and it was great being so close to the beach

i never rate hotels usually but in the case i had to say this is a great boutique hotel. the area was great close to the beach and strip. free parking. the hotel was very clean, modern, friendly staff and after going to all the beaches in the south of france it was nice to sit at the hotel pool too. it was quiet private almost like our own "villa" . we liked it so much we booked another reservation for the end of the summer ...

Pleasant trip to Cannes
The hotel location was excellent and staff were excellent, the size of the room was small and felt it was expensive at €155 a night. We didn't have breakfast as we thought it was too dear at €18

Nice boutique hotel. We had the room by the station which was a little noisy. If you want to go to sleep before 2am it could annoy you. Apart from that the rest of the stay was very nice

Great hotel, good location to beach and marina. About a 20 min walk to Festival. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is EUR 18/person; there are cheaper, good places just down the street. Would stay here again.
