Located in the highly sought-after district of Ponteil and Salis, this entirely new studio of 40m2 including 1Om2 of terrace will delight you with its calm and cozy side. The apartment is south facing and benefits from a very beautiful light. Its location allows you to be close to the city, beaches and shops while being in a small corner of greenery. Ein sehr hübsches, sauberes, absolut ruhiges und gepflegtes Appartement. Schöner Balkon und gutes Bad. Alles vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bügeleisen, Fön, Fernseher ,schnelles Internet. Reichlich Stauraum. 3 Minuten zum Strand, 5 Minuten zum Zentrum.

Location excellente. D un emplacement idéal : commerces, plages, vieil Antibes...tout peut se faire à pied. Appartement très propre et il ne manque rien. Isabelle bulteau est à l' écoute et répond instantanément aux messages.Je recommande vivement cette location et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Great location for enjoying the beach and old town

Great location. Easy to walk to beach and old town. Easy enough walk over to Juan-les-pin. Only thing is would like some basics like salt & pepper. And maybe more than one dish towel. Having to go buy that stuff is a pain.

Lovely studio, really clean and easy check in and check out process. We found the sofa bed a little uncomfy (some better pillows would help I think) but we managed! Some anti mosquito plug ins would be amazing as we had to have a killing spree after the first night having suffered many bites (despite keeping the doors closed!).

Excellente situation du studio. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, même plus! L’endroit est très tranquille et malgré tout à 5 minutes de la mer. Le seul bémol, le lit, pas confortable et qui grince. Heureusement il y a encore un fauteuil lit que nous avons pu utiliser. Concernant la remise de clés, très bonne organisation et simple. Endroit que nous recommandons fortement!

Overall nice but dirty

The stay was very nice and the flat comfortable. It was quiet and Close to the beach. However, at our arrival, the flat was very dirty. We Had to Vacuum and mop the whole floor. There was a Lot of dust and dirt and some Hair (probably of the previous guest?). Everythin else was really nice :)

Magnifique petit studio!

Tout y est, c'est petit, chaleureux et bien aménagé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La plage du ponteil est à 3 min à pied, le quartier est calme et charmant, et tout se fait à pied. Vraiment pour le prix, c'est un excellent plan. Il n'y a pas de chambre avec lits, mais le divan lit et le petit canapé pour l'enfant était parfait pour nos besoins! Et Isabelle a été à notre disposition pour toutes questions, elle a été super! Je recommande chaleureusement ! Les deux plus: La clim et la terrasse!!!

Lovely studio in quiet street of Antibes. Very close to the beach and to the old town. Beautiful terrace with lovely view. Only small suggestion.. pillows for sleeping needed ( one we used were more like decorative), and maybe some liquid soap for hands. Everything else was fab!

Excellent stay

We stayed for a weekend in June. The property is 2 blocks away from two sand beaches and restaurants. We appreciated this. We found parking on the street. The property is clean with a great shower and very quiet with a large deck and a beautiful garden The owner was incredible. We needed extra help with check in and she walked us through. Her customer service was exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked. We had fresh artichokes one night from the local market so had dinner in one evening on the deck. Next time we will stay for a week.
