Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return.

Perfect for family. Walk to Antibes 7 minutes down the hill to beautiful beach and bakery & 20 mins to Jeun les Pins. Train at Jeun les Pins along the coast Apartment for 6 people perfect for 5 of us. Facilities great. Would recommend.

I totally recommend this property for your stay, it has everything you can possibly need. It is small tho, it’s tight for two people . Super safe, super clean ! Third floor , gated community. Very calm and quiet. Riding in the middle of Old Town Antibes and Juan le pins. Great Internet service. I will definitely go back. Thank u

Nice location

Nice location, clean. Only thing I didn't know what I had to buy my own toilet paper. Not a big deal as a Casino was nearby. Nice spot in between Antibes and Juan Les Pins!

Was a lovely room however could have done with more than just one toilet roll for staying a week. Could have pre warned there was no room service to clean the rooms, change the bins. Also was disappointed the pool wasn’t like the pictures there wasn’t no water in it. However the hotel was very clean and quiet. I would stay again if the pool was open.

Holiday

Comfortable holiday in reasonable accommodation. Residences are at the top of a hill making it a stiff walk back from town and shops especially for older people and not so fit. Small swimming pool and deep with no shallows.

The property is good with good amenities and a nice swimming pool. But the Wifi in the room did not work from the time of check in till the time of check out. We reported to the reception multiple times. The wifi connection never improved. The wifi worked fine at the reception though.. Wifi is one of the amenities mentioned on their page in Expedia.. Is it a minor scam? Decide for yourselves...

Had bed bugs, Pee on blanket, towels were not cleaned from prior guests, You stay in a completely different building to where you check in at. Unless your willing to pay for parking its non existent. Definitely worth paying more for better which we did after one night.

This is a budget property so we weren't expecting luxury. However, the cleanliness of the hallway and the lift left a bit to be desired. The room itself was clean and this is helped by the fact that it's all hard surfaces. However, when we examined the mattress and mattress pad we found stains of a dubious origins. We were looking for bedbugs. We didn't find any, but the mattress and pad clearly weren't clean in our view. I don't t hink it would take a lot for them to address this issue. We ended up getting a different hotel and were not offered a refund or any sort of acknowledgement of what we found.
