PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Outside, you will enjoy the shaded terrace area featuring a large table, the perfect spot for meals and cocktails by the swimming pool (with resistance swimming), with no neighbors looking over.

Inside, the house is built on two levels and features the following floor plan:

On the ground floor:

- A living room with a plush sofa, a round table for two and a flat screen TV.
- An open-floor fully equipped kitchen.
- A dining area opening onto the rear terrace of the house.
- A small shower room with toilets.
- A cozy suite-like bedroom with a 160cm bed, private bathroom with tub and shower,and from which you can directly access the garden on the pool side.
- A large dressing room adjoining the bedroom to store your belongings.

On the upper floor:

- Two bedrooms with double bed and storage space, plus a view of the sea from the terrace shared by both bedrooms.
- A shower room with toilets.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 8 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus or 35 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station.
Access to the A8 coastal highway is within 20 minutes by car.

You have your own car? 2 parking spots are available in front of the villa.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

With in less than a few minutes on foot, you can enjoy the following activities:

- Try delicious sweets from one of the city's most famous pastry chefs, Philippe Brito.

- Go for a leisurely stroll around the Palm Beach district and eat a pizza at Jean-Jean's or play a game of pétanque at the Place de l'Étang (10 minutes away).

- Explore the famous Croisette seafront between luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine sandy beaches (12 minutes).

- Do some upscale shopping on rue d’Antibes (20 minutes).

- Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals (30 minutes on foot or less than 10 minutes by car.)
