Welcome to this spacious studio located in Cannes in the city center which will be your perfect base for discovering Cannes and the region.

The apartment has a beautiful interior space and a large terrace not overlooked. The orientation of the apartment allows you to enjoy the sun in the morning, ideal for starting the day with a sunny breakfast. Conversely, from the beginning of the evening, the exposure allows you to be protected from the sun and enjoy a shaded terrace.

The space has been organized to feel comfortable and to create a day space and a night space, both as pleasant as the other. This studio consists of a sleeping area with a double bed, a terrace area with a convertible sofa for an adult or 2 children if necessary, and a small table serving as a dining area. The kitchen is suitably equipped to meet your expectations during your stay. The bathroom offers a shower, sink area and WC. The apartment has WiFi.

The apartment allows quick access to the sandy beaches of Boulevard du Midi and the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes with its typically Mediterranean atmosphere, its café terraces and restaurants in pretty little lively streets, its market (the Forville market).
You can also organize getaways in the region thanks to the train station which is a 25-minute walk away and which will allow you to reach Antibes, Nice or Monaco easily.


## Access

The accommodation is located on Boulevard Picaud.
The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the entire accommodation.

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.
Love has been put in so that you can have your best vacation so thank you for respecting it.

From the Château Eléonore residence to the Villa de Noailles, passing by to admire the Palais Beausite, the Château Vallombrosa and other beautiful buildings


Whether you are on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as a point of interest or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the beaches of the Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a famous place for walking and shopping. Coffee/restaurant break, we advise you to sit in a café on rue Hoche and Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere reigning in the old town of Suquet will seduce you.

## Transit

The apartment does not have a private parking space but the residence has unreserved parking spaces.
The famous Croisette and its beaches are a 25-minute walk away. Rue d'Antibes and its many shops for shopping too. And the SNCF train station is also less than half an hour's walk from the apartment.

##Notes

We will ask you to respect the neighborhood.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
- Either independently and free with an illustrated guide.
- Either in a personalized manner with one of our agents, invoiced according to the time and to be paid on arrival.
