Our 28m2 studio is located in a famous residence in Cannes: "LE SAN REMO". Very few residences offer a one hectare park on the French Riviera with a swimming pool by the sea. The park is green and very well maintained. The swimming pool is located in the private park 50 m from the building and the beach is 80 m further. Besides, the stop at the pool when you come back from the beach is more pleasant. The location of the residence is also strategic in Cannes, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but close enough to get there in 15 minutes on foot. The fully air conditioned studio is south facing with only palm trees and the horizon. The living room was completely repainted 2 years ago and the decoration is modern.
