Clean, quiet, ideally located.
Quiet and comfortable apartment steps away from everything you want to do in Cannes. We loved all the narrow twisty stairs up and down the hill and the car-free street keeps everything peaceful and homey.

Feeling at home while at work abroad
The flat in the first floor was beautiful and with a lot of space for me alone. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet in the evening and at night, I could sleep with open windows and this during a busy MIPCOM-market. All in all a perfect stay, definitely worth to come back.

Great location in old town Cannes
A beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved that we could walk everywhere. Restaurants, markets, pharmacies, the harbor and shopping was just a short distance away. We enjoyed staying at Le Suquet very much, and highly recommend. The apartment is on the first floor and the staircase is manageable. The neighborhood sits on top of a tall hill next to a historic church and the Castre which houses a very interesting museum. Excellent restaurants line the streets going up and down the hill. A large shopping area is at the bottom of the hill. This is not a place to stay if you are mobility impaired.

Wonderful flat in heart of old town minutes from beach
We were so happy to stay in this flat. The check in process was incredibly easy and the flat was very spacious. Our children enjoyed having their own room and even their own shower. The fact that there are 2 showers and a separate toilet is amazing for a small flat. The air conditioner was wonderful with the hot Cannes summer and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals at home as well. Nothing negative to say about it. The perfect location in the idealic old town and very close to the beach. Really great flat for families especially. Landlord was very easy to contact and super helpful.

Great location in Cannes
This is a light, bright, comfortable and reasonably well appointed apartment. We were two couples and booked both this one and Isabelle's other adjacent apartment and, although the other benefits from a terrace for outdoor dining, I think this is the better apartment. It has an unusual layout and the washing machine is located next to the bed in the second bedroom. Great location and quiet for Cannes and a stroll to several restaurants and a small supermarket.

What a great find. Five minutes walk down from the apartment to best beaches and Cannes centre (130 steps). Clean and well appointed apartment. Owner very helpful with all my queries.

A wonderful week in a beautiful appartment. Perfect location in the old part of Cannes.
The appartment was really lovely, recently repaired in a nice and tastefull way. We were 4 adults and s baby, and it worked fine with the two bedrooms and one common room. Also positive with two showers.The location in Cannes was really perfect - in the beautiful old part Le Suquet. The street was so calm, but still very close to the beach, the city center and manu restaurants. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We are happy to recommend this accomodation.

Lovely clean apartment, great location
Communication with the owner has been very easy, the apartment was very and we'll equipped, the location is superb into a few minutes walk to the beach front, 2 minutes away you have plenty of restaurants and also a convenience store, there is no parking in the street itself but there is a car park close by where you can park free 8pm -8am, this is a truly lovely apartment in a great location, highly recommend.

Stunning
The apartment is simply lovely, the French windows and interior stone wall are a real pleasure to behold. The location walking up through the hilly pedestrianized Le Suquet restaurants lined walk is atmostpheric and picturesque. Much recommended, a charming apartment.

French Retreat
The property was spacious and clean as per the pictures. It was fully equipped and had everything you needed to feel at home. We spent a week there and it was in a great location, old town, close to great little restaurants and shops. It was great base to go explore the French Riviera, we rented a car and took day trips to the towns of Eze, Saint Paul de Vence and Saint Tropez. The street was a bit tricky to get to by car , one way up and one way down, but it was never an issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Zentrale Lage mit Aussicht auf Cannes
Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone des Altstadtberges kurz unter dem Cannes- Schriftzug. Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist für 30 Minuten möglich, danach stand es in der öffentlichen Parkgarage für 10€ pro Tag gleich in der Nähe. Für Strand, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunterlaufen, auf den Treppenstufen trifft man viele Personal Trainer mit ihren Kunden… In der Wohnung ist es absolut ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt dort und die ruhige Lage gleich in der Nähe von Strand, Restaurants und Shoppingmeile sehr genossen! Und der tägliche Blick auf die Bucht von Cannes ist das Sahnehäubchen! Merci beaucoup, Isabelle

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement et les environs vieux port et centre cannes. Accès direct à tout : commerces, plages, centre-ville. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très calme, top avec un bon restaurant quelques mètres. L'appartement est très lumineux et très confortable. Dispose de tout pour passer un agréable séjour. La propriétaire est très gentille et vraiment serviable. Elle répond tout de suite à votre arrivée et si besoins d'aide/questions. Bonne qualité/prix. Denis

Grand appartement dans la belle vieille ville
L'appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes et correspond à la description. L'emplacement dans la vieille ville de Cannes est unique. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et amicaux, la communication avec eux était très facile. Merci pour le séjour agréable.

Schöne Fewo in derAltstadt. Nachts angenehm ruhig. Betten waren für uns super, nicht so weich. Gut gelegen zum Markt u.a. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand nur die Treppen herunter. Man muss aber gut zu Fuß sein, um zurück Fewo zu gelangen (ca. 120 Stufen hoch in die Altstadt).

Ancien village très agréable
Très bel emplacement, proche de la plage et du marché Forville qui regorgent de produits locaux ! Appartement confortable, idéal pour se reposer et découvrir Cannes! La proximité du port permet aussi de faire une excursion vers les îles de Lérins ! Le système de coffre pour les clefs est très pratique. Je trouve que l ambiance est plus calme que sur la Croisette.

Sehr gut!
Gute, ruhige Lage in Le Suquet, schöne Altbauwohnung, gut ausgestattet, kaum etwas auszusetzen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Lediglich eher langsames Internet, die Klimaanlage, an sich sehr gut, genügte aber nicht für den Bereich des oberen Bettes. Summa summarum gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, absolut zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel décoré avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pu bénéficier de la proximité des plages et du côté culturel de la ville. Mais il nous reste encore beaucoup de choses à découvrir. Nous reviendrons !

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen. Man muss zwar immer einige Treppen steigen bzw. bergauf gehen, aber dies lohnt sich jeden Tag! Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort. Der Platz war absolut ausreichend. Einen kleinen Supermarkt, der auch jeden Morgen frische Croissants und Baguettes hat, findet man 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Ein Parkhaus ist direkt in der Nähe, da man bei der Wohnung nicht parken kann. Hier empfiehlt es sich gleich für 7 Tage vorab zu reservieren oder es am Anfang gleich zu buchen. Diese schöne Wohnung hat es ermöglicht, dass wir Cannes kennen und lieben lernten. Vielen Dank!

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft hält, was die Bilder und der Text versprechen. Sie liegt zentral, Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene sehr geräumig, lediglich an Stauraum fehlt es etwas. Ansonsten alles gut, moderne Küche, modernes Bad. Wir würden nochmals buchen.

rue pittoresque ,appartement bien situé dans le vieux Cannes,voiture inutile
Appartement joliment aménagé,tout confort sur rue piétonne et quartier pittoresque du Suquet , très proche de la plage de sable du midi si on ne craint pas les escaliers ou les descentes un peu raides(sinon petite navette devant la maison) . Très proche du port où nous avons profité de tours en bateau (l'Esterel, les iles Lérins).Cannes est bien desservi par bus et train(la voiture est inutile). Nous avons bien sûr fait la croisette en utilisant le bus à 2 étages(1,50€)et retour à pied 4 km .Nous avons beaucoup profité de la plage il a fait beau et chaud et nous nous sommes acheté un masque et un tuba et c'est incroyable tous les petits poissons que l'on peut voir même sur le bord. Des petits commerces se situent à proximité et le marché couvert Forville est ouvert tous les matins (sauf le lundi); les petits restaurants dans les rues piétonnes sont serrés les uns contre les autres,il n'y a que l'embarras du choix. Ce séjour et l'appartement nous a beaucoup plu,peut-être certains éléments à changer:chaises un peu branlantes. PS les informations sur le fonctionnement des divers appareils se trouvent dans le tiroir en dessous du four (nous avons un peu cherché). Le soir nous montions regarder la vue éclairée sur Cannes depuis la tour de Castre à quelques pas. Nous reviendrons bien volontiers dans cet appartement ou celui d'à côté qui a une petite terrasse et est aussi louée par la même propriétaire. Merci à la propriétaire qui est prête à nous répondre par téléphone,mail pour tous soucis.

Mysigt och bra läge i Cannes
Fin lägenhet i Cannes som passade utmärkt för oss (2 vuxna och 3 barn). Läget är fantastiskt, alldeles vid det gamla fortet i Le Suquet, på höjden ovanför centrum. Några hundra meter nedför backen ligger de härliga sandstränderna. Det enda vi saknade var någon form av balkong/uteplats, annars var det helt perfekt. Kommunikationen med Isabelle fungerade också mycket bra. Vi återkommer gärna!

Schöne kleine 2-Zimmerwohnung in traumhafter Lage in der Altstadt von Cannes
Die Wohnung ist relativ frisch renoviert, es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und auch zwei dazu passende Badezimmer. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben wirklich traumhaft in der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Altstadt, zum Hafen und zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine große Auswahl von interessanten Restaurants direkt in der Nähe.....hat uns wirklich toll gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Einzige zwei Wermutstropfen waren: die Wohnung war nicht sauber bei unserer Auskunft und die Ausstattung in der Küche ( schön wären Pfannen die keinen gebogenen Boden haben....) könnte teilweise etwas praktikabler sein. Aber es überwiegen klar die schönen Eindrücke und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung mit Super Lage
Einschecken läuft super unkompliziert,Wohnung sehr schön und gut eingerichtet.Der Hit ist die Lage in wunderschönen Viertel LE SUQUET,Strand nicht mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß. zum Hafen weniger als 10 Minuten . Vermieterin freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questa casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento non è grande, ma hanno saputo sfruttare ogni minimo spazio per renderlo comunque comodo. Non manca nulla dentro e ha una posizione comoda per arrivare al mare, bisogna però fare una scalinata abbastanza alta che a noi è piaciuta molto perché ci aiutava a tenerci in forma. La signora è molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi. Grazie di tutto, alla prossima vacanza.
