Villa Terra by Festif Azur is a 4-star villa located in the very heart of Cannes city centre, in a pedestrian street just 3 minutes' walk from the beaches, the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the old port and the famous Forville market. Take advantage of the central location (access via a private passage, the villa is not visible from the street), the authenticity and charm of the setting (stone walls and beams in the living room, wooden floors in all the bedrooms and bathrooms, etc.) and the peace and quiet of its 2 very pleasant terraces (North: garden furniture and plancha and South: lounge area). An ideal setting for entertaining and relaxing. Air-conditioned villa.

Luxury property on 3 levels for 12 people, comprising as follows: ground floor: entrance, large double living room with piano opening onto south-facing terrace, separate fitted kitchen opening onto north-facing terrace and utility room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite shower rooms and 3 toilets, dressing room and 1 study. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 3 en suite toilets. Very high quality bedding. TV and safe in each bedroom. Magnifying mirror and hairdryer in each bathroom.

Beautiful Villa in a fabulous location

We had a fantastic visit to Cannes at Villa Terra. The Villa had a well equipped kitchen with all the tools we needed to make delicious home cooked meals. The beds were all comfortable and each room had it's own en suite bathroom. The living room was enjoyable with an outdoor living area which we was very nice to lounge in during the evenings. Our host, Claire was a pleasure to interact with. She responded quickly to any request and was extremely polite and professional. We could not ask for more from a host or property than Claire with Villa Terra. We strongly recommend this property.
