Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complaints here. Thr house is a wonderful house. A nice large space in a great neighborhood. I especially love the firepit. A great place to sit and relax during the evening. Only one drawback. The home was not clean. Cobwebs in most rooms that were very visible. Dead bugs on the windowsill. Outdoor furniture had been left uncovered and was very dirty. My daughter and wife spent a good amount of time going top to bottom and properly cleaning the rooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Sea Pines several times and absolutely love it. It's cozy, comfortable, and perfect for us. Clean and roomy. We love it! The only hiccup we experienced this time was the cell phone signal was sketchy, but we did facetime calls and it worked like a charm.
