“The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.”

“I would not recommend staying at Beach Motel & Suites in Old Orchard Beach. My experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The property was nothing like what was advertised. Our room was not properly prepared—we had to purchase our own bed sheets because the ones provided were unacceptable. “Fitness room is pointless, both treadmill and bike are broken. Pool was ok, the floor was dirty so I don't think they do regular cleaning of the pool. In my particular room by the bathroom the rug is so frayed that the wood piece with the nails that keeps the rug down was exposed, my wife hurt herself at night not realizing the rug nails were exposed. The bathroom tub faucet was corroded. The elevator inspection expire May 2026. Staff is noisy at night. Not enough towels in the room, we had to……
