THE LOCATION
The home is located just a short 10 minute drive into Orange, where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants, parks and more.
Mount Canobolas is a five minute drive away, where you can enjoy a scenic lake walk and stop by the kiosk and café. Nearby, you'll also find Fiorini’s, a hidden gem serving some of Orange’s most authentic Italian cuisine that is loved by locals. Wine enthusiasts can reach some of the region's award-winning wineries such as Borrodell Cellar Door (5 mins), Rowlee Wines (6 mins), See Saw (7 mins), and Printhie Wines (9 mins). The Federal Falls hiking track is a 13 minute drive from the cottage.

Other Things to Note:
As the farm is surrounded by working orchards, you may occasionally hear what sounds like gunshots going off only during the day as this scares off the birds to stop them from damaging the fruit. Please reach out to us if you need to know any more information regarding this.
Fireplace: This property has a fireplace that you are welcome to use. Firewood is provided. If you do require more there are several local shops where you can purchase some on your way into town, or we would be happy to provide some for you if you'd like to purchase some from us which we can deliver to the property.
