July 5th to 11th is still available ( 6 nights)
The weeks of August 8th and August 22nd (7 nights) are still available

May, June, September and October bookings for guests who seek a shorter stay can be booked from a minimum of 4 nights and are flexible to check in any day of the week.
Peak Season ( July and August) Bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

We are available for family bookings, couples getaways, golf group bookings as well as fitness retreats for up to 6 people ( yoga, mediation, tai chi, etc.) We have a beautiful backyard with a deck for these ventures.

The comment we have heard most often from our guests is that the pictures don't do near enough justice to the impression they receive when they first enter the cottage. The high ceilings and clean lines of the interior with its personalized decor offers a warmth and ease for guests wanting a break from their day to day activities.

Whether you choose to drink your morning coffee on the deck outside or in the screened in porch, you will feel relaxed and finally, on vacation.
We cater to our guests whether they are a couple or family of six. #additonal fee for guests over a group of 4.

The cottage is well set with kitchen amenities including a fully stocked spice rack, air fryer and other equipment.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of closet space to store your belongings. The second main bedroom has a single over a double bunk bed and the Loft bedroom suite that looking over the main floor below, has two twin beds and is accessed through the lovely spiral staircase.

It is a very clean, tidy place ready to give you a great stay. There is high speed Wifi access. All rooms have ceiling fans and extra mobile fans are provided for the warm season. The nice thing with its locations is usually there is a breeze coming from the ocean that cools the cottage in the evenings.

The bar style galley kitchen is great for chatting while getting your meals ready and the dining area looks into a big backyard for the kids to play.

The large front deck is ideal for barbecues, sunbathing or just lounging.
The back deck is setup for evening fires and relaxation.

Other amenities include a dishwasher, washer and dryer for convenience. An outdoor shower is great for rinsing off sandy feet and a fold out clothes line rack is available for wet towels.

The cottage community is quite safe for the children to cycle. The backyard has plenty of room for tennis, badminton or just sunbathing.

The beach is a three minute stroll down the treed lane. Plenty of area to wander and find treasures, and is a private area for the cottage members.

Charlottetown is less than thirty minutes away.

Closer to the cottage is the Town of Cornwall which is a lovely community with all the services you need. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, church, liquor stores, hair salon, etc.

The Canoe Cove Provincial Beach is five minutes from the home. Three golf courses ( Glen Afton, Strathgartney, and Countryview ) are within 15 to 20 minutes from here.
Lots of activities are available in the community from kayaking to hiking, and cycling to rappelling at the Rise and Climb site.

Our house rules:
We do not do bookings of the cottage for adults under age 25, no exceptions.
Also, no smoking in the cottage, no parties, and no pets.
We do not have pets at the cottage due to guest allergies.

To ensure the quality of the property is maintained and out of respect for guests with allergies and sensitivities, no smoking of any kind, including cannibas.

Government charging stations for electric vehicles are in Cornwall about 15 minutes away. There is no charging of EV's at the cottage as it is not upgraded for the capacity needed. a map of charging stations can be provided.
