Great stay

Wonderfully comfortable and spacious home for family gatherings

We so enjoyed staying in this spacious, stylish and comfortable family orientated house. Our 2yr old grandson was delighted and entertained by the array of toys , play areas and garden The adults also loved the choice of places to sit, eat, chat and just be together. The beds are super comfortable and having all the bathrooms were a bonus.

We all liked the house and had a wunderful stay. The children loved playroom and the garden. The location ist well located. In a quiet area but not dar away from Canterbury and the Coast.

A lovely family house

Our three generational family had a wonderful week in this spacious house. The fixtures and fittings were exceptional and very high spec. The children enjoyed the playroom and had great fun in the huge garden. It was a good base to explore the north, south and east coast. Wingham wildlife park and the Romney Hythe Dymchurch Railway were great favourites, as was fish and chips on the seafront in Deal.

Family Gathering

This house has a WOW factor, not just for adults but also the children. The house is well equipped and modern throughout, with plenty of room for everyone to have space but yet be together. It was perfect for our stay.The grandchildren loved the playroom and the garden seemed to go on forever, it was safe and this allowed the young children to have the freedom to explore and enjoy themselves without constant supervision.They did not want to leave and neither did the adults. The location was in a quiet area but you do need a car if you want to visit the area. Staple Village Fayre was on the weekend of our stay and we had a great day. We visited many local attractions but if visting Sandwich, the White Mill Rural Heritage Centre is a fascinating place to visit. Lovely family memories have been made at Sycamores.

A wonderful stay

My party of 6 literally had the best stay. There was the perfect amount of space so that we could all have our own space as well at times, but enjoy time in the lounge too. We brought one of the sofas from another space and placed in front of the window, just so that we could all spread out a bit more, which worked well for us. The cleanliness of the house as good and had everything included that we wanted in the property. It was a lovely touch having the bar there and the sparkling in the wine fridge, although we had brought our own so didn’t use. I hope this is something that would continue to be at the house but not taken advantage of by people renting it out. We were left a lovely card, chocolates and bottle of white wine which was really thoughtful too. We have had that in other houses and just makes you feel welcome from the get go. Wifi was good as we managed to say Happy Christmas to our friend in Australia and was probably the best place we have rented out over the Christmas period by far. We went on local walks (please bring walking boots or wellies) to enjoy the countryside and got chatting to some locals. Beautiful walk around the garden and can imagine how much fun this could be in the summer. We really have had a fantastic Christmas staying here and thank the team for looking after us.
