「The staff were so welcoming, warm, and kind to my sister and I; we were traveling with 5 kids on NYE! The hotel is new and super clean, and the kids had so much fun at the pool. The hotel is an ideal location close to Legoland and Great Lakes Crossing, so going back and forth was easy. Our rooms had a mini kitchen which was handy for quick snack prep. The room was spacious with a huge island and the sofa bed was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed it stay so much that we extended our stay by a day.」

「The room and stay were excellent, except the breakfast was lacking. We stayed for four days, and there were always just a few little pieces of hot food in the serving stations. There was either nothing in them, or we took the last of the food because that’s all that was there, and others were left waiting or without. It wasn’t what we expected, as we were looking for a satisfying breakfast before going out for the day. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and clean!」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...
