「I had contact with the VRBO owner, the broker (Raquel) and they were both professional, kind and quick to reply. The house was clean, spacious, great air conditioning and plenty of fans and beautiful! I thought the photos were nice but it was more beautiful in person! The broker met us at the property, gave a tour and explained the necessary details. We stayed for 10 days. Used our personal pool half the time and the resort pools and shuttle service daily. This was our first time to Costa Rica...
