Room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful in making dining recommendations. The elevator was not working while we were there, which was fine for us, but would have been problematic if we had any accessibility issues. The area is nice, and with a student in school there, we'll likely be back. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is fairly new and very clean. However, the pool was not open and the elevator was broken the entire time we were there making it incredibly inconvenient on the 3rd floor. I had to haul all of my bags down three flights. The ceiling in our room also had significant water damage.

不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Let’s start with finding out after we completed check in that the elevator was not operating and our room was on the second floor. Stairwell was filthy. The stairs had something sticky on them. The swimming pool was closed. The side entrance sidewalk had been torn out and replaced with stones, very hard to roll a suitcase over. The breakfast was disappointing. The cinnamon rolls were dried out, the oatmeal was almost a solid clump. Husband said sausage and potatoes were cold and dried out.

Room was clean. Beds nice. Rooms Spacious. Stayed in a group and the key cards for multiple rooms needed to be reset multiple times. Pool was not working. Breakfast was good. There was an issue with cops and CPS and what I assume was sanctioned housing. But staff handled it great.

I enjoyed the breakfast. A variety of items to chose from. The fresh brew grind coffee is ideal but takes time to brew each cup. unfortunately the elevator and pool were out of commission. we stayed on the first floor so the out of service elevator did not concern us. I The room was a good size. I was happy with the place and would stay there again.
