“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bed was good and the shower was excellent. We stayed during the wine festival and the hotel is in the best spot if you like to be where the party is. The music is loud and plays until 3am so if you are not partying don’t expect to get any sleep before then.
