「We had an amazing stay. The host was lovely and very responsive. The house was perfect for 2 families with 4 kids. Absolutely incredible views of the lake, very well equipped with everything we needed and very close to many fun activities. 」

「We really wanted to love this place, but we had some issues. First, we had a really hard time finding it. Owner was very responsive when I reached out, but it’s not marked at all. The house is very hot (we were there during a heatwave), there is no air con or fans in the house. Owner suggested opening windows and closing blinds - but no air got in and there is a lot of noise from the main road. Couldn’t leave the windows open because the bugs were crazy too. I ended up with heat rash from not...

「The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. 「Very good location for a family. Everything is walking distance.」

「The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year.」

「Maison parfaitement adaptée pour 15 personnes. Piscine très agréable. L’accueil excellent. Je la recommande sans hésitation!」

「Für Architekturfans ein Bijou à la Corbusier. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren 8 Freunde und haben uns in den grosszügigen Räumen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Boulangerie und die Boucherie sind sehr zu empfehlen.Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern ist die Villa nicht ideal (wertvolles Interieur).」

「Beautiful property, fantastic view, and love location in Veyrier-du-Lac. Wim was very accommodating in regards to getting a crib and high chair for us. 」

「A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également.」

"Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor in the new building. so be sure to call them which room type has AC before you book and confirm with them after you made booking . The summers are extremely hot in geneva, im thankful i got a room with AC. There are bars and restaurants right below the hotel , its literally 10 steps into the main street and 20 steps to bus stops. Can't recommend this hotel better. My best option in GVA recently! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. "

"酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。"

"Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am."
