「We needed an overflow place during a family stay. We had our grandkids staying with us and this was the perfect place. Very secluded with a lovely garden and a swing set. The house was very well furnished very clean very modern. It was very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anybody else!」

「The place was clean check in easy. The outside building is not labeled in any way making it hard to be sure you’re in the correct location. The house is not air conditioned only two bedrooms are. When we arrived there was a camera in the house on we unplugged it. Overall it was a great location restaurants and a grocery mart walking distance. 」

「I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!」

「This condo was double booked and we got canceled. We received this notification after our plane has landed in Costa Rica leaving us with no place to stay. The Vrbo guarantee gave me no help at all. I was on the phone all night and finally had to get my own hotel. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next day before 11 and did not. I had to find another accommodation on another application. We finally got a phone call two days later from customer support saying that they would send me...
