“My four-night stay at Hotel Don Ernesto La Chimba was wonderful, highlighted by the friendly staff and the absolutely excellent breakfast spread. The location is incredibly peaceful, tucked away in the jungle yet conveniently just 30 minutes from the airport. While some reviewers highlight that the rooms aren't Ritz-Carlton quality, I think it is important to note that the prices certainly reflect that, and the hotel offers tremendous value for an authentic and relaxing stay.”

“Casa Peces is a wonderful place to stay in the Santa Ana area. Although it is not in the center of town as the listing suggests but actually in Rio Oro, it is still very easy to access. With a secure carport, a large kitchen, and private bedrooms for four couples, it is the perfect place for a home base or retreat. But the best part of Casa Peces is Jessica. For a very reasonable amount, she met us upon arrival, stocked the house with food, prepared breakfast for us every day, and kept the place……
