"The staff were incredible! Keisha at the front desk was outstanding! Thomas was great as well! Carlos from the kitchen staff was amazing. We were is a difficult situation as my son suffered severe injuries while on vacation in Costa rica and was at CIMA hospital. The staff were truly amazing. They made a very stressful and painful time a bit easier with their concern, care and kindness. T"

"Clean rooms and grounds. Friendly staff. Good food. Wash cloths we could have been appreciated, but we saw this at another place, maybe they don't use them? The view from our room was beautiful! And we loved the monkeys every morning on our bAlcony. But watch your things! The walk to the beach is not the easiest but we did enjoy the beach. The pools, restaurant, bar and staff are great.its on a very steep hill so beware of that but staff will golf cart you up and down if desired."

"The building looks very nice from the outside, it is safe and still modern all around. However, I believe the rooms need upgrading, the mattresses need to be swapped with new ones and attention to detail inside the rooms is required. It'd be a shame if they let the place get run down. It is still one of my favorite places to stay. "
