“Everything was as perfect as it could be.”

“From arriving to the airport our host Robert was on it. He arrange our transportation from the airport to our Villa. The driver he got was was very professional and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before he dropped us off at our location. When we arrived at our Villa my group was wowed on how clean and beautiful the property was. It had everything we needed including a full size Fridge with a freezer. Upon arrival Robert checked up on us and made us feel comfortable……

“Casa Peces is a wonderful place to stay in the Santa Ana area. Although it is not in the center of town as the listing suggests but actually in Rio Oro, it is still very easy to access. With a secure carport, a large kitchen, and private bedrooms for four couples, it is the perfect place for a home base or retreat. But the best part of Casa Peces is Jessica. For a very reasonable amount, she met us upon arrival, stocked the house with food, prepared breakfast for us every day, and kept the place……

“The house was wonderful. Brian was a delight to work with. We are 5 friends on vacation and every one of us was comfortable. We loved that it was in a gated community and very close to the heart of town. The communal pool was a few short steps behind the house and it was better than some hotel pools. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Two thumbs up to the host ”

“After a 12 hour flight we arrived exhausted at the property to find the complex security was not even aware we were checking in. I had been trying to contact the host for the last day or so before our trip and was ignored completely. When we got there it was very obvious the host hadn’t cleaned the property since the last guests. This includes dirty smelly bedding, hygiene products in the toilet bin, mud everywhere. We immediately informed the contacts we had been given, they eventually replied……

“The location was amazing because it is part of a very small community right on the a huge long beach with wild surf. There were times when you were the only ones on the beach in either direction. You got the sunrise and the sunset. There was a beautiful lush transition green space full of palms and birds. The caretaker and her son were very accommodating to put up and take down the hammocks when we were there to use them and they did many other helpful things in the warmest manner. Our group……
