「排場做的很好 細節不到位 裝修很美 在山裡 但是房間的床品很差 頂多三星水平 床墊 床單 枕頭 根本不是高檔貨 睡的不說服 景色不錯 可是周圍除了hiking路線沒什麼景點 看一天山景也就無聊了 spa很漂亮 可惜有小孩的只能9-10點 2-3點兩個時間段去 所以池裡擠滿了家庭 簡直就是covid溫床 餐廳不好吃 服務員都是附近村民沒經過服務訓練的樣子。 其他設施還是不錯的 給四星 除了以上這些問題 不自駕的話坐巴士到esclat超市下來打電話給酒店訂taxi 大概14歐左右8分鐘內 反正這邊taxi很貴」

「Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff was amazingly accommodating! They were very helpful in answering all of our questions via messaging through the Expedia app prior to our stay. During our stay they were so welcoming. They also helped to arrange transportation to the Barcelona airport upon our departure & even packed us a picnic breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began. 「El sitio no es mal lugar, pero le falta mucho cariño. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que el "Hotel", era un hostal. No te recibe nadie en recepción y si no llega a ser por unos vecinos que nos dieron el numero de teléfono, no hubiéramos sabido como entrar. La habitación estuvo bien, pero el servicio de limpieza nunca se pasó por la misma. Repito, el sitio esta bien, pero a mi parecer si le ponen un poco de cariño la cosa estaría mucho mejor」

「Everything was good and we had no issues. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive. Location was fantastic. My only comment I have is about the shower in the bathroom. Very nice bathroom with everything you need except as in the European way there is no shower on the wall just a handheld shower head by the beautiful tub. Even a half enclosure. But for North Americans a bit of a challenge. You have to sit in the tub to used the shower head. Otherwise great.」

「Super rapport qualité prix, repas et petit déjeuner diversifiés ! Et bon Parfaitement bien situé, près de la plage et d’un supermarché, le personnel du bar sont adorable Je n’ai pas aimé le balcon car vis à vis très important mais vu qu’on rentrait dans la chambre juste pour dormir donc pas gênant Je recommande cet hôtel 」

「Les 4 étoiles sont méritées pour l’extérieur où le cadre est exceptionnel. L’intérieur des logements n’est pas un 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très sympa Bémol : les cartes d’accès n’ont pas fonctionnées par 3 fois le petit déjeuner mériterait plus de fruits du vrai jus d’orange. Un peu plus de discipline à la piscine faire respecter les règles aux enfants bruyants qui sautent en permanence alors que c’est interdit. Le séjour y a été agréable 」

「Das Parkhaus sieht aus wie eine Tropfsteinhöhle mit schwarzem Schimmel an den Wänden. Dementsprechend roch auch unser Auto die ganzen Tage. Der Schimmelgeruch war im Hotel gut zu riechen, obwohl irgendwelche Düfte versprüht wurden. Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock roch daher unangenehm. Bei Erwähnung an der Rezeption hieß es nur, ich rieche nichts und es hat sich noch keiner beschwert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, der Fernseher hatte immer wieder Signalausfälle. Heißes Wasser zum Duschen kam...
