"This hotel feels very rundown—honestly worse than a Motel 6. The view is great, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive. When I checked in, I was given a room with one king bed despite booking two queens. When I asked to correct it, the staff member didn’t apologize and instead asked, “Do you really need two queens?” I was traveling with my sister, so yes—of course I did. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Staff should be better trained to assist guests respectfully. The room itself smelled like old, damp carpet, and the walls were so thin that we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. Overall, we couldn’t wait to leave the property. Stay in Page with better accommodations."
