"Property was exactly as listed plus so much more. Amenities were very nice, guesthouse and common areas were aesthetically pleasing, spacious, well thought out and top notch. Bed was comfortable and whatever we needed in the tent was available. All areas were very clean Would definitely return in the future."

"This place is beautiful inside and out! Jim and Julie are the perfect hosts. We were able to visit with their horses, goats and kittens. Everything you need is there. The night sky is stunning! This property was centrally located in relation to all we did. We visited Bryce Canyon, e-biked in Zion, Kayaked at Horseshoe Bend and UTV'd in the desert to Peekaboo Slot Canyon and the Great Chamber. Overall, I would say this is one of the best, if not the best, VRBO I've ever stayed in. 5 stars!!"

"We rented all 8 homes for our family reunion. It was great to have room for everyone! The homes were clean, updated and had what we need to cook our meals. The pool and hot tubs were the highlight for all the kids; pool was a little cold so kids were in hot tubs most of the time. The pavilion was great for all to get together for meals and the pickleball court was a hit. It was a great place to meet and hang out for the weekend!"

"Lindsay was amazing. I reached out during her stay for something I did to the hot tub. She corrected it quickly. She was so friendly.We will stay there again. This was a great base camp for all things around Kanab. Stay there with confidence. You will not be disappointed."

"Best glamping experience we've had. Full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor patio, and so much more amenities that made our lodging experience unforgettable. We just couldn't work the bathroom hot water so we showered with cold water - but it's also end of summer so water temperature was tolerable. We'd love to stay again."
