The property features a private garden, and a spacious balcony shared by the bedrooms. The ground floor is composed of a well equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom with two single beds, and a half bathroom (only toilet). On the upper floor you'll find two double bedrooms, and a complete bathroom with a shower over bath. One uncovered parking space is included.
